1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and bbbet ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or otherwise using any part of the bbbet platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. Continued use of bbbet following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We strongly recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to bbbet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities are not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must register with accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false details during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a person previously excluded or suspended from the platform for any violation of these Terms or any applicable policy.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on bbbet. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon discovery. Users must complete the account verification process (KYC) as required before withdrawals can be processed.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• All activity conducted from your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you formally notify bbbet of any unauthorised access.
• bbbet reserves the right to request identity documents (such as a National ID or passport) to verify your identity and age before processing any withdrawal requests.
• Accounts found to be registered under a false identity will be permanently suspended without prior notice and any pending balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

bbbet will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bbbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted for both deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit are preferred.
• bbbet reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Users are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. bbbet does not deduct, withhold, or remit any taxes on behalf of the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bbbet offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer may carry its own specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates. Users must review individual promotion pages for full details.
• bbbet reserves the right to cancel, alter, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering to reduce risk, and exploitation of technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account termination.

Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game(s) stated in the offer. Free spin winnings are subject to the same rollover conditions as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on bbbet are binding once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — including selection, amount, and market — are correct before confirming. The following rules apply to all forms of betting on the platform:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by sport, event type, and market. Stake limits may be altered for individual accounts at the platform's discretion.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome or settlement of a bet, bbbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the user's account.
• Cricket betting markets on bbbet follow ICC-approved match and series results. In cases of match abandonment, suspension, or result revision by the relevant governing body, settled bets may be amended accordingly.

7. Responsible Gaming

bbbet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We acknowledge that for most users gambling is a form of entertainment, but we also recognise that for a minority it can become problematic. The following tools and policies are in place to support player welfare:

• Deposit limits: users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. These limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: players who feel they need a break may self-exclude for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbbet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's systems, games, or random number generators (RNG).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bbbet makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particularpurpose.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bbbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform unless otherwise stated. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of bbbet after any amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support.
